7. There are people who turn pets in to be killed.

8. Pets are hoarded and transported in tiny confinements to the pounds.

9. They are imprisoned in a scary, secluded and poorly-constructed facility before they are killed.

10. Pets who are sick or old hardly survived.

11. Some people go out of their way to save these pets but most don't know or care.

12. The number of pets killed are loosely recorded.
